TRIBE Milano Malpensa, the first Italian hotel of the TRIBE brand, was designed to combine contemporary hospitality, functionality, and a strong architectural identity.
The project required the integration of high-quality bathrooms across 240 guestrooms while maintaining consistency with the hotel’s design standards and construction programme.
Sterchele designed, manufactured, and delivered 240 prefabricated bathroom pods tailored to the room layouts and the brand’s visual identity.
Produced off-site in a controlled factory environment, the pods were delivered ready for installation and integrated on site using a plug-and-play approach, reducing on-site activities and supporting construction efficiency.
